Beginning Monday April 27th 2015 through Monday May 11th 2015



8:30 to 10: 25                       testing block

10:25 to 10:38                      (break)

10: 41 to 11: 33                    testing block

11:36 to 12:28                      period 1 or 4

12:28 to 1:05                         lunch

1:08 to 2:00                           period 2 or 5

2:03 to 2:55                           period 3 or 6 


We will rotate between periods 1-3 and periods 4-6 every other day; not including Wednesday’s which will be our regular bell schedule. For example

The AJHS 6th/7th grade registration process will begin with the 6th grade Parent night scheduled for April 23rd from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the AJHS gym

 Online Registration will open in June and will culminate with the AJHS ORIENTATION (for incoming 6th/7th grade and returning 8th grade students) scheduled for August 7th and 8th 2015 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

April 23rd – 7th Grade Honor Roll Breakfast (7:45 am in the AJHS Gym)

April 23rd – 6th Grade Registration Night at AJHS for incoming parents (6:00 to 8:00 pm in AJHS Gym)

April 24th – 8th Grade Honor Roll Breakfast (7:45 am in the AJHS Gym)

April 24th – Career Panels held in 8th Grade Elective Courses

April 27th --May 12th CAASPP Testing

May 5th -- Student of the Month at lunch in room 1

May 12th – Academic Awards Breakfast (in the AJHS Gym at 7:45 am)

May 15th – Physics Day at Great America

May 20th -- Home and School Club (4:15 pm) and School Site Council (5:15 pm)

May 22nd – AJHS Talent Show

May 26th – Academic Awards Night in the AJHS Gym at 7:00 pm

May 29th – Graduation Dance in the AJHS Gym from 5:00 to 8:00pm

May 29th – CJSF Field Trip

June 1st – Great America Field Trip

June 3rd – Play Day

June 4th – Graduation Practice (School Day ends 12:00 pm)

Be sure to select the appropriate size for your Sea Dragon. Please be sure to include your students name and please keep a copy of the receipt to ensure prompt pick-up. Uniforms will be handed out on the second week of school through the PE classes.
